In 2002 John Dolza had been running his own successful O&P practice for 35 years. Throughout those years one thing had become clear: the complexity of insurance claims processing had risen - and was continuing to rise - exponentially. In this modern billing environment John's office, like O&P offices nationwide, found itself devoting an extraordinary amount of time to managing accounts recievables and devoting less and less time to the actual management of his practice. In O&P offices, everywhere, costs had risen and profits were down.

John and Annette Dolza decided to found CPO (Complete Professional Office Services) - a virtual billing department designed expressly to bring some relief to those O&P professionals who were struggling with their accounts receivables.

Using a model developed and successfully implemented by larger medical offices CPO has succeeded, time after time, in reducing the work load and increasing the profitability of O&P offices everywhere. John Dolza's background in O&P insures a special understanding of the O&P practitioner's problems and a personal touch when dealing with his clients.

Since it's inception CPO has been committed to improving it's capabilities in terms of HIPAA concerns, security, etc. A recent upgrade enabled larger facilities to use their wireless networks without fear of comprising their data's security.

O&P practices, nationwide, now choose CPO as opposed to tackling their own medical billing.
